The problem of me not being able to talk is with me from the very first start when I first launched the game, and not a single mod was downloaded when I played my first match.

In the earlier email conversation with bohemia support these steps were done:

"please open your sound settings in Windows and disable all audio devices except
the one you use. Then open the advanced settings for that device and disable
the exclusive mode for it."

and

"Uninstall the game.
2. Download and install CCleaner (https://www.piriform.com/ccleaner) and
scan/fix your registry.
3. Make a backup of the Arma Reforger folder in Documents.
4. Delete both Arma Reforger folders in Documents and Steam:

\Users\*YOUR USERNAME*\Documents\My Games\ArmaReforger

\Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\common\ArmaReforger

5. Reboot your PC.
6. Run Steam as Admin and download the game.
7. Try to run Arma Reforger (without mods)."
