The PGO-7V3 scope in the game has a discrepancy between its actual in-game sight and the field manual description (FM -> Equipment -> Items -> PGO-7V3 Scope), where it's stadiametric rangefinder is noted to be calibrated for a 2.7m height, however in the game the sight picture actually shows a 2.4m calibration.

Based on some internet research, I believe it is supposed to be 2.4m for the 7V3 sight, and the 2.7m rangefinder was on older PGO-7/7V/7V2 scopes, meaning the field manual description is wrong. There is a lot of conflicting information out there though, so if someone has access to actual manuals in any language to confirm, it would be great.
