I am attempting to load a conflict scenario in the Arma Reforger Tools - World Editor.
There are no mods.
This scenario uses Kolguyev and only BI's default tools.

Since 1.7.0.41 I can not load the project in workbench properly:
The World editor is greyed out.
Compiling game scripts fails repeatedly.
