The “Open Context Menu” action breaks in GM when you either use the Command wheel or the Emote wheel while using a character.

When trying to open the Context Menu afterwards, it will only show “Commanding is only available to group leaders” on the right hand side. This stays broken until you leave the game or reset the server.

Steps to replicate:

1. Spawn any character down in GM to take control of.

2. Either open the Command wheel or the Emote wheel.

3. Back out of the character into GM.

4. Use the “Open Context Menu” action on the character for the bug to appear.
