There is an issue with the "Favorite" toggle functionality in the Main Menu under the Scenarios tab. Any changes made to favorited scenarios (such as unmarking an existing favorite scenario or adding new ones) fail to save permanently.

While the UI visually updates during the active session, restarting the game reverts the favorites list back to its previous state. Unmarked scenarios become favorited again, and newly favorited scenarios lose their status.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Navigate to the Main Menu -> Scenarios section.

2. Unmark a previously favorited scenario (or attempt to mark a new scenario as Favorite).

3. Observe the UI visually updating during the current session.

4. Exit and restart the game.

5. Return to the Scenarios menu and inspect the favorites list.

Expected Result: Favorited/unfavorited states should immediately persist and remain saved across game restarts.

Actual Result: Changes are lost upon restarting the client, and the scenarios list reverts back to its initial favorited state.
