There is a persistent issue with the third-person (3P) camera behavior while piloting helicopters. The camera continuously stutters and "jumps" back and forth between positions (shifting rapidly above and below the heli).
This erratic camera behavior makes it extremely difficult to observe ground objects or maintain situational awareness from a distance while flying in 3rd person view.
Steps to Reproduce:
Enter the pilot seat of any helicopter.
Switch to 3rd-person camera view.
Fly and adjust camera angle / look around toward the ground or surrounding objects.
Observe the camera violently clipping, jittering, or snapping between angles above and below the helicopter cockpit structure.
Expected Result: The 3rd-person camera should move smoothly around the aircraft without clipping or rapid position snapping.
Actual Result: The camera jumps uncontrollably around the cockpit height, obstructing visibility and causing a jarring visual effect.
