When spawning a character in a multiplayer server. At a long distance the characters are completely clear except for the arms and feet. (Shown below) And when trying to spawn any vehicles the game completely crashes.

    For anyone wondering why theres 4 posts of the same thing. The website was getting weird.


    And the scope was the only modded thing was attachments. I forgot to turn off that 1 mod and didn't 1realize it was being used. But even after when using standard vanilla scopes (I do not have a screenshot of) it did the same thing. I'll try to update this tomorrow with a vanilla scope to show.
