Reworded feedback ticket:
Soviet RPGs heavily inflate USSR win rates on vanilla servers.
Every Soviet soldier can carry an RPG that one-shots any vehicle’s entire crew. From Corporal rank, a single player can take 9 rockets plus their full kit (rifle ± grenade launcher) or 10 rockets in total if they do not take their primary weapon.
Suggested fixes:
Give the USA a reloadable rocket launcher, or
Reduce Soviet RPG availability (higher cost, greater weight/size to limit carry capacity).
If RPGs are not considered a balance issue, the USA should still receive a reloadable launcher for parity.
Current design assumes USSR has superior small arms and USA has superior vehicles. RPGs effectively neutralize USA vehicles, breaking that balance and turning matches into a one-sided rock-paper-scissors contest that USSR wins due to USSR having both the rock and the scissors.
USA players frequently lose multiple LAVs in quick succession to lone Soviets in the backlines. This creates consistently lopsided matches (USSR outnumbering USA) and drives players away—several people I know have quit vanilla entirely due to constant RPG deaths.
