I turned on Arma Reforger and tested it on my private server, playing a bit (vanilla conflict) with the logs coming from the client side. I discovered that the stalled error is happening because the engine doesn't know what to do With packet loss, for every 5-6% packet loss, the engine can sometimes handle it, or simply ignores it and continues sending packets that were lost along the way, until it "remembers" that it did not receive a response and kick the player, there are other reasons based on what I'm analyzing, but that's one of them.
