When Working in workbench ocasionaly Prefabs are no longer Visible to workbench and a new Folder has to be made inside File Explorer where you can then Drag and drop your prefab and meta Data only then will prefabs apear in workbench again

Also Experiancing cases where Prefabs outright get Deleted from projects and i have to utilize git hub to pull my last publish and re add the prefabs
