Every other restart, RCON and A2S fail to init. I am having problems with solving the issue. I attempted to completely reinstall the server files. I am not sure what is happening. My current theory is that the port is not being released by the previous server instance. Server restarts happen inside the docker container, not the container restarting. But inside the container, the every other restarts seems to have rcon fail and succeed to start.
System: Debian 13
