Noticed stutter issues on the latest versions in Experimental the past few days, and sadly they seem to have made it into the main game now.

Pretty consistently bad stutter, visible with rivatuner display on screen to help devs see them. I wonder if they are related to a shader compilation type stutter, but I assume the devs have a pre-compilations step hidden in the start up process somewhere.

Machine specs:

12700k CPU

5070Ti GPU
32GB DDR4 ram

Tried lowering settings to low and dropping render distance, but stutters still happen far too often.
