When trying to drive a vehicle in the workshop, the vehicle can't steer to the right when using a wheel or joystick. When moving the steering wheel to the right past neutral, which activates the steer right bind, the vehicle will steer to the left instead.

Test Scenario:

1. Set up binding Joysticks - Vehicles -> "Steer right"

2. Set up vehicle with player in test environment

3. Start driving

4. Steer right

Current result: steering right past neutral will result in steering to the left

Expected result: steering right past neutral will result in steering to the right

Tested with both wheel and stick. Same result.
