Can you please describe the issue in great detail in English language?

The video demonstrates that if there is an obstacle—such as a sand mound—that visually shouldn't interfere with entering or exiting the vehicle, the hitbox actually does get in the way. It blocks actions like using the "Enter as Driver" prompt that appears at the door, forcing you to aim directly at the driver's seat to get in; likewise, if you are already on the vehicle and try to get off while the sand mound is right next to you, you won't be able to dismount.
