Steps to Reproduce

1. Open Workbench's World Editor.

2. Open {96A8AF57260A7392}worlds/MP/MpTest/MpTest.ent.

3. Spawn a USSR weapon arsenal.

4. Grab an RPG-7V1.

5. Fire the RPG-7V1.

6. Check the log console for the error.

Result

A ParticleEffectComponent suspicious parent velocity error is logged for Particles/Weapon/Trail_PG7VL.ptc.
