When driving the VAZ-2101 (Civilian Car) using a gamepad/controller, shifting gears from 3rd to 4th occasionally causes the engine RPM to suddenly spike from around 4000 RPM up to 6000 RPM (redline).
This behaves as if the auto-clutch remains disengaged for too long while throttle is applied during the gear transition, causing the engine to rev freely before power engages.
Steps to Reproduce:
Enter a VAZ-2101 vehicle using a gamepad controller.
Accelerate in 3rd gear up to ~4000 RPM.
Upshift from 3rd gear into 4th gear while maintaining throttle input.
Observe the RPM gauge briefly/suddenly spiking to ~6000 RPM before settling.
Expected Result: Shifting from 3rd to 4th gear should smoothly drop engine RPMs down to a lower range corresponding to the 4th gear ratio.
Actual Result: RPMs unexpectedly flare/spike up to 6000 RPM during the shift transition before engaging 4th gear.
