In the Russian localization of the game, the NSV is mistakenly labeled as PKM.
I suggest not only changing the name but also indicating which version has the sight.
For example like this
НСВ "Утёс" 👈 (Regular version)
НСВ "Утёс" СПП 👈 (Version with an installed optical sight СПП)
I'm not suggesting you complicate things and add "ГРАУ" indexes. (Digital designation for accounting issued to each product by the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation and the USSR)
