While in-game on an official multiplayer server, the game appears to flicker constantly whenever the mouse is moved, whether slowly or quickly.

There are also random heavy frame rate drops when running a short distance, as well as fps drops with fast mouse movements

Unsure what causes the issue, my character spawned at the main base with a decent amount of assets placed. VRAM usage was low for quite a while, then seemed to randomly increase, unsure if this is normal behaviour (sudden VRAM increase).

I haven't experienced this issue before in previous builds on modded servers and official ones with the same graphic settings and the same Nvidia settings

(Please note I have changed the settings for the game with the Nvidia profile inspector tool.
