When driving around in populated area's with lighting and enemy's in the area while it's night time you're FPS decreases badly sometimes will go down to 10 fps on consoles and PC's players will go down to like 15-20 fps depending on the player PC specs, I feel this is a issue that has to be inspected more and also the lighting of the game since it been causing problems for majority of the players inside of the game. Sadly I can't show a video due to me not being able to right now but hopefully one of your testers will be able to check it out more and see what's causing issues.
