It's not possible to attach some files to existing tickets

Reproduction:

Create a feedback ticket and immediately add a ZIP file already during creation - this works.
Try to add a ZIP files to an existing ticket you created, you will get this error:

File type not allowed: "RuntimeSpawnTest.zip". Allowed: image/jpeg, image/png, image/gif, image/webp, image/x-icon, image/tiff, audio/midi, audio/mpeg, audio/webm, audio/ogg, audio/wav, video/mp4, video/webm, video/ogg, application/pdf, application/msword, application/vnd.openxmlformats-officedocument.wordprocessingml.document, application/vnd.ms-excel, application/vnd.openxmlformats-officedocument.spreadsheetml.sheet, application/vnd.ms-powerpoint, application/vnd.openxmlformats-officedocument.presentationml.presentation, text/plain, text/css, text/csv, application/json, application/xml, application/zip, application/x-rar-compressed

This suggests the allowed files for attachments is different when you try to update an existing ticket you made, this makes no sense so I assume this is a bug.

Hello, in what space/project did this happen? Normally, zip types are supported.

It happened in the Reforger>Game project.

As I said, ZIP is supported and works when creating new tickets, however it does not work when trying to add ZIP files to an already existing ticket.
