Can you please provide more details? How does the issue manifest? any error codes? why are you unable to install the game? Do you have enough space on the console?

This is still not very descriptive. Does the game crash? Is there any error code? have you tried to reinstall and wipe all save data?

I cant play with it installed ill go to log in and it will start to then crash and wont do anything ive had pesay they see me in the server but in not able to play my screen would be the loading screen only and crash on me

So does the game crash or does the game freeze when trying to load into the server? These are two separate issues.
Also does that mean you are able to launch the game into the menu? If so that does not mean you are unable to install it. Does it occur just with a specific server or official too?

Its on official and community swrver im about to play on cloud play but I wanna be ab to have a stable connection

There is a chance it is an issue with your network/ISP.
Do you have an option to test the game on another network ideally provided by another ISP?

Nothing else we can do for you at the moment as we need to confirm if it is an issue with your network/ISP. Also some players that had reported this mentioned their game does work on different ISP/networks which possibly points to the issue being with certain providers/network setups.

Hi, just finished my first post and saw this. Couldn't help but chime in because of the missing details and me being a avid problem solver.

I did not know my Xbox network was bad until I played dayZ. You have to have it dialed in.

By any chance are you on a series X/S or Xbox one? Are you hard wired? What is your current NAT type?

Xbox X/S---> it's your connection

Xbox 1 ---> old hardware can't keep up with updates.

Hard wired is always better than WiFi-- less interference!

Check your NAT type in your Xbox settings. If your NAT type is strict you will have issues connecting to dayZ servers. When that faults- game crashes. If it's moderate, it should still connect you to the servers but your voip and other "online experiences" like connecting to other players will have issues. the "network" bubble of other players is atrocious if it's not Open.

NAT needs to be open & run the game installed locally.

Cloud is fine but you need up to date hardware (I.e Xbox series X/S, PS5, OS) and a strong stable connection.

Seems to be pointing towards connectivity issues on client side and/or old hardware.

Check out YouTube for some Xbox networking tutorials to get your network aligned.
