Hi! I had the exact same issues, only the stutters were even longer. I also got into lengths to find the error and I could finally narrow it down to read/write spikes on my ssd, every time I closed inventory. In the end, I bought a new, faster SSD and in an instant, the stutter was gone. Nothing else helped or even improved the issue.

EDIT: I also have only one SSD, so system and Dayz is on one drive. But as far as my research told me, that's is the preferred way to run DayZ for some reason, and it causes less problem. Forgot the reasoning behind it, this was over a year ago, iirc.

Hey! First of all, thanks for trying to solve my issue but I don't think that in my case it's related to SSD. I have 2 M.2 SSD drives.

1 - WD BLACK SN750 SE 1TB (read speed 3600MB/s, write spead 2830 MB/s)

2 - XPG GAMMIX S11 Pro 2TB (read spead 3500 MB/s, write spead 3000 MB/s)

Like I mentioned in my original post - I tried moving Dayz and Steam to my first drive and it didn't helped, also tried moving steam and dayz to my second drive and it also didn't helped.

It's not as simple as read/write speeds, as the third and fourth row show. I used crystaldiskmark to check the speed. Maybe you should try that.

Made a test on 2 drives (C and D) and there are results. I don't know if these results are good or bad because i'm lack of knowledge in this kind of stuff. Can you tell me more about it?

Yeah, it looks like both your SSDs perform worse in a number of categories than my old SSD that caused the freezes did. So – without being an expert – my guess would be that a new SSD with higher performance may solve your problem as it did solve mine.
One thing to consider: sometimes the connector (PCIe version number) might be the bottle neck, not the SSD itself. Even an up to date high performing SSD can't run at its potential, if it is connected on an outdated PCIe version connector on the mainboard.
For comparision: My SSD is the "WD_BLACK SN850X NVMe SSD 1 TB" connected via PCIe3 and it fixed the problem for me instantly.

There’s one thing that doesn’t sit right with me, though. My teammates that I play with DayZ have much worse hardware including their SSDs and they don’t have this problem.

I get your point, I had the exact same thoughts, BUT: I spent around 80 hours trying to fix that problem (I always put it in my calender so I could calculate the time in the end). And only because of a tech savvy friend of mine, I came to the solution. I was hesitant to spend money to fix the problem, but in the end it was the ONLY thing that fixed the problem for me. So my here intent is to save you your precious time, cause I sank MUCH to many hours into the problem without fixing it. I wish I would've just listened to my friend and bought the new SSD after 20 hours of problem solving instead of 80 😅
But in the end it's your own decision and your own resposibility, of course!
I just share my experience here, because I can relate to you so much, cause I had the same problem and wore me down mentally at a certain point 🤯

Judging by what that guy wrote, I'm not sure to spend money on something that finally might not work (buyind new SSD), but that’s just my opinion.
