There's bug with Intel gpus that causes memory leak that after a while. 15-60minutes, depending on what you're doing in the game / where you're traveling. Found posts about this from well over a year ago, from both intel and bohemia forums and the problem as continued ever sence:

This happens on both official and community modded servers.

Theres no need for specific steps as this happens cradualy overtime while playing the game. Usualy takes 15-30 minutes to fill up gpu memory after which game becomes very laggy, running 2-15 fps and eventually crashes out if continued long enough without restarting the game.

After roaming around the map for some time, gpu memory fills up making the game unplayable requiring restarting the game to continue playing.
