What happened?

I think the Punched Card to access Livonia Bunker doesn't spawn on convoys anymore, instead there is the (rn useless) Morse Code Paper spawning.

Reproduction steps

Find convoy. Don't find Punched Card, instead find Morse Code Paper.

    Hi,

so if it still spawns because I found one in a military convoy about an hour ago, you must be really unlucky.

Thanks, good to know! Question is, if the paper spawn somehow reduces that chance of punched card. Anyway, might be totally unrelated...

    Hello.
We have checked and it indeed must have been a case of bad luck as it spawns.

Yes, I can confirm, finally yesterday I found a punched card. Thanks for looking into this anyways.
