What happened?

I am playing on Nasdara vanilla community server with no mods and I cant unlock the digital code lock in my base from inside. It doesn't let me interact with it at all. I had no problems yesterday, but today I had the exact same issue. Spawned in inside my base to find the door / codelock unresponsive. Tried again and again throughout the day and ended up just respawning. The codelock acts like it knows I broke a key at work the other day, it hates me.

Same issue on PlayStation. Over the weekend combo locks wouldn't attach to new building doors either. Now I'm stuck in my base.
