What happened?

Only upon entering a building in Novodmitrovsk was I able to see the items on the floor inside

Reproduction steps

Place an item inside of the house (shown in attatched video) and walk in and out of the door, observe it popping in and out of existence

    It's not about it being delayed in spawning, I walk into a building, I put some rags on the floor, then when I walk out of the building I can no longer see the rags
