Can you please describe the issue in great detail in English language?

I use in-ear headphones, which allowed me to clearly pick up on the issue: there is a constant sound resembling rain or a strange wind. At first, I thought it actually was wind, but as I progressed through the gameplay, I noticed it was persistent—whether I was inside a building or outdoors, that ambient noise was noticeable, and upon closer inspection, it was obvious that it wasn't wind.
