Can you please describe the issue in great detail in English language?

The issue with the vehicles is that—much like in the updates prior to 1.8.0.13—they seem to lose all their power on steep, demanding inclines. This is especially noticeable when you have to turn the steering wheel; the truck loses even more power and speed, almost coming to a complete halt. I believe the current stable version had achieved a good balance regarding torque and speed, but the experimental version makes handling feel difficult again—not just because of the vehicle capabilities, but also due to the new steering system.
